The atmosphere is calm, friendly and conducive for learning. Adult only classes cater for adults who are willing to train sensibly with maturity and show each other respect and understanding of each individuals difficulties and fitness level
We have a fair grading system for everybody and are astonished and disgusted how freely some martial arts hierarchy satisfy theirs and others egos by awarding themselves, and others the high rank of Master and above. They may think it makes them and their martial art better than others simply by handing out such titles? Examine these people and their intentions closely!
