Training..

Adults only, Goyararu training:- £5 each lesson.
Monday ( Beginners to Senior Green) 7:30 until 9pm. `Viewing welcome`
Tuesday ( Blue to Black belt) 7:30 until 9pm `Invite only`
Thursday ( Beginners to Senior Yellow) 7:15 until 8:45pm. Viewing welcome`
              (Green to Senior Brown) 8pm until 9:30pm.`
Friday (Black belts only) 7:30 until 9pm.`Invite only`

Children only, Goyararu training:-
Tuesday (Over 9 years) 6:00 until 7pm. &
Saturday 11:30am until 12:30. £20 per Month. `Viewing welcome`
Wednesday (Under 9 years) 6:00 until 7pm £10 per Month.`Viewing welcome`

Adults only, Freestyle/self defense:- Open to general public.
Wednesday 7:30 until 8:30. £5 each. `
